Guest Engagement Product (GEP) is comprised of 3 Product Portfolios – Guest Data Platform (GDP), Loyalty, and Guest Messaging – which through the use of data, personalization and the Target Circle Loyalty program, enable relevant and connected experiences that make shopping easy and fun for our guests.

As a Product Manager for Guest Data Sourcing, you will work in the product model to execute the product strategy, roadmap, and achieve key business objectives (OKRs) for the processing, validation, and standardization of high-quality customer data from first- and third-party sources. You will leverage customer data & analytics, industry expertise, and customer feedback to develop business cases, articulate business value, and prioritize features and capabilities for your product. Key responsibilities include leading product discovery, building & maintaining a product roadmap and backlog that is align to the highest impact work for guests,

stakeholders, and Target.

You will be the “voice of the product” for your customer. This will require facilitating the open exchange of information and viewpoints, as well as inspiring others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization's direction. You will foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles and collaborate with product teams across the organization, engineers, vendors, and business partners to help them achieve their goals while pursuing and completing yours

About you:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of product management experience or equivalent domain experience

  • Experience with data platforms, data management and integrating with third-party data sources

  • Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams

  • Experience working in an agile environment (e.g., user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)

  • Ability to lead a body of work with cross-functional partners

  • Strong communication skills
