We're seeking a talented Front-end Developer to join our team for one of our products, PropertyShark.com, a leading online real estate database and property research tool, boasting over 1.4 million registered users.

The platform offers unparalleled property reports, sales comparables, detailed maps, building photos, real estate leads & property lists, in-depth ownership information, and it's been trusted by major industry players since 2003.

This position is available in a hybrid regime that implies working from the office at least once a week.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience crafting beautiful and functional user interfaces with CSS;

• Mastery of CSS3 features, pre-processors (like SASS), and modern best practices;

• A strong understanding of responsive design principles (mobile-first approach);

• Experience with CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, etc.);

• Good knowledge of JavaScript and/or Angular;

• Keen eye for design aesthetics and a focus on UI/UX best practices;

• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and developers;

You'll be responsible for:

• Translating design mock-ups into clean, maintainable, and performant CSS code;

• Optimizing website styles for speed and efficiency;

• Maintaining a consistent and visually appealing user interface across all platforms;

• Contributing to the development process through code reviews and technical discussions;
