About the Role As a AI & ML Software Engineering Manager you will: Manage: Direct the efforts of a small team of software engineers ensuring a high-performance culture, nurturing your team's career development and managing their performance expectations. Guide:Provide technical leadership partnering with other engineers to develop and improve methodology and evolve the technology stack. Develop and Deliver:Applying modern software development practices, you will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, building,testingand delivering high-quality solutions. Solve Complex Problems:You will create large scale data processing pipelines to help researchers build and train novel machine learning algorithms. About You: You're a fit for the role of AI & ML Software EngineeringManager if your background includes: Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Related Field. At least 8years software engineering experience, ideally in the context of machine learning and natural language processing. Have experience with people management responsibilities. Haveexperience leading technical workstreams within a software engineering organization. Experience and a deep understanding of Python software development stacksand ecosystems. Experience indevelopingcloud-native applications in Azure, AWS, or similar cloud platform Proficient in systems designandconsider DevOps/CICD/automation fundamental pillars of your work. Have experience working in anagile environment Preferred Qualifications: Experienceintegrating Machine Learning solutionsinto production-grade softwarewith a sound understanding of the AI/ML development lifecycleandthe ability totranslate the terminology and methods used by both engineers and scientists.
