In your new role you will be part of a young & dynamic team. We administer all global equity-oriented compensation and participation programs for our customers Siemens, Siemens Healthineers and Siemens Energy and thus support approximately 300,000 employees worldwide. We cover all related service areas such as data administration, share allocation, employee communication, and tax & payroll.

We make real what matters. This is your role.

  • You will support our global and local Germany team in the management and processing of employee stock option and compensation programs for our customers Siemens, Siemens Healthineers & Siemens Energy and will be involved in key processes with your own responsibility

  • You are the interface to our global teams and support us in planning and managing global and local employee communications and answering employee inquiries independently

  • You will be involved in the development and presentation of complex issues in the context of share-based compensation and will assist in the analysis and preparation of data as well as the preparation of reports

  • You can fully contribute your skills to the identification and elaboration of optimization potentials for an efficient and lean administration of the employee share and compensation programs

Use your skills to move the world forward.

  • You are currently studying business administration, business informatics or a similar course at a university

  • You also have some practical experience in the business world (internships, student jobs or vocational training). Ideally, you have already gained some experience in an international cooperation

  • You enjoy tasks in the area of communication

  • You are proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Personally, you convince us with a high level of initiative, analytical thinking as well as a structured, result-oriented and independent way of working

  • It is clear that you can communicate fluently in English

  • There is the possibility of a home office arrangement
