Responsibilities You will establish metric and analysis systems to assess efficiency, effectiveness, or compliance with procedures for organizational programs. You will conduct studies by collecting data on quality, cost and capacity utilization to create metrics for tracking overall family housing programs. You will develop plans for the inspection of housing facilities to coordinate housing projects and facilities work. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the 09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serves as coordinator for facility maintenance, facility support and special project oversight; 2) Provides input to managers in the development of short and long range maintenance plans/improvement/renovation plans; 3) Monitors Bachelor Housing and Family Housing programs for compliance; 4) Monitors contract performance for timely and complete deliveries, quality and quantity controls; 5) Assist management with fiscal planning.
