VectorCSP Program/Project Management Analyst in Lexington Park, Maryland

Overview:

PMA-299, Multi-Mission Helicopter Office supports multiple Seahawk variants including MH-60R, MH-60S, and legacy H-60 helicopters to perform the missions of Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW), Anti-Surface Warfare (ASUW), Search-And-Rescue (SAR), Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC), Communications Relay (COMMREL), Vertical Replenishment (VERTREP) and Naval Gunfire Support (NGFS). PMA-299 Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) are responsible for the planning, execution, and management of PMA-299 programs/efforts. PMA-299 requires Acquisition, Configuration, Financial, Program Management (PM), and Information Technology (IT) support for the H-60 Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) future capability development; procurement; and sustainment project execution.

Job Summary:

Provide program-level management support for the technical execution and tracking of the MH-60R in support of production for FMS, potential domestic support, fleet aircraft maintenance, and operation and the integration of the MH-60R into fleet ships. This includes the collection and coordination of data, analysis of technical requirements that will be used in the preparation of documentation and support of the production and sustainment aircraft, In-Service Fleet aircraft, and Shipboard Integration efforts.

Education and Experience:

  • 3 to 8 years of experience performing program management processes and procedures

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree

  • Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described OR four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described can be substituted for the BA/BS degree

    Essential Duties:

  • Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives

  • Analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules

  • Perform management, technical, or business case analyses

  • Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs

  • Track program/project status and schedules.

  • Apply Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

    Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of DoD / NAVAIR program management processes and procedures.

  • Working knowledge of AMS Tool Suite and DTS.
