Robert Half Marketing Specialist in Newark, California

Description

We're seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive brand visibility, engage audiences, and boost revenue. This role involves crafting impactful campaigns, coordinating events, and managing communications. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with strong organizational skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in marketing and event coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the implementation of designated events and programs.

  • Develop meeting agendas for All Clinician Meetings and other relevant gatherings as necessary.

  • Create and disseminate regular and special communications, including weekly newsletters and announcements.

  • Arrange and facilitate meetings and events as needed to meet project objectives.

  • Keep detailed project plans for assigned events and projects up-to-date.

  • Generate and design presentations, website content, toolkits, brochures, and other written materials as requested.

  • Oversee communication regarding the content calendar across multiple platforms.

  • Receive and redirect communications to the appropriate staff members, including both general and specific inboxes.

  • Organize, maintain, and update distribution lists and contact databases.

  • Offer administrative and analytical support for projects and programs when required.

  • Compile and distribute meeting minutes, ensure follow-up on action items, and prepare ad hoc reports to aid meetings.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns across diverse channels.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational abilities and project management experience.

  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.

  • Creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to innovate and problem-solve.

  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results within tight deadlines.

  • Previous experience in event coordination and management is highly advantageous.

  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry or related sectors is a plus.

  • A commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
