TEKsystems Claims Customer Service Representative in Saddle Brook, New Jersey

Seeking an Auto Claims Customer Service Representative to work hybrid in NJ!

Responsible for being first point of contact on initial claim to gather the necessary documents and correspondence to process for the claims department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate claims procedures via phone and written communication

• Attain and intake information from various parties to document and input claims details

• Review and audit accident information for processing

• Recognizes and identifies body parts of a vehicle and understands other potential property damage

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of auto claims experience

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Time management skills from a global case management and pending perspective (vs. transactional)

  • Problem solving and analytical skills; ability to detect differences and issue recognition from multiple sources

  • Proficient in Word and Outlook
