We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director with a deep-seated expertise in the Information Technology sector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring to the table over 15 years of industry experience, combining technical know-how with a passion for driving sales through strategic planning and effective communication.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to promote sales growth in IT solutions or Apps Solution.

• Build segmentation strategies and key messaging to penetrate the target markets effectively.

• Engage with key stakeholders to establish and maintain strong sales business relationships.

• Lead market analysis to identify new opportunities and monitor competitive activities.

• Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and foster long-term partnerships.

• Mentor and manage a team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• experience in the Information Technology sector

• In-depth technical knowledge of IT solutions or Apps Solution.

• A robust commercial acumen with the ability to devise and implement sales strategies.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasive skills.

• Fluent in English.

• Proven leadership capabilities with the skill to lead and develop a high-performing team.

• The right candidate will demonstrate a combination of technical understanding and commercial, poised to take our company's growth to the next level.
