We are looking for a Biopharma Commercial Operations Regional Manager to lead and manage the sales and business operations, deliver sales target, strategic goals and business growth targets in Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar and Pakistan. The role will report to the Senior Regional Director.

What your responsibilities will be

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead, manage and develop the overall sales performance of the assigned countries in the Distributor market.

  • Drive Biopharma initiatives in the Distributor markets; communicate clear business objectives and strategies (based on Grifols global/regional Biopharma vision) to our Distributors for implementation of the regional strategy and operational plans.

  • Maintain and develop existing accounts and acquire new customers.

  • Build long-term, trust-based relationship with our Distributors through engagement and support in their sales and marketing efforts and build positive working relationship with them.

  • Conduct market assessments and distributor selection when appropriate.

  • Achieve objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing data on past performance and projecting future performance.

  • Prepare the sales plan, including monthly sales reports, monitor and accomplish the annual sales plan for the Biopharma product line. Analyse sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.

  • Monitor and forecast monthly sales and work with demand planning in order that inventory levels are sufficient to meet sales commitment.

  • Monitor the competition, economic indicators and industry trends. Identify and keep management abreast of new opportunities as well as changes (or new) in the policies potentially impacting the business and/or the company.

  • Work closely with operations and customer service team as required to expedite delivery to customers.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to generate new leads and expand target customer base.

  • Ensure legal and ethical conduct, compliance to corporate standards across sales channels.

Who you are

  • You have a University Degree in Life Sciences (Medicine, Biology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, etc.). It will be an added value if you have professional or business qualifications (MBA, business, marketing, etc.).

  • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing activities in a Pharma/Health Care company. Experience in regional work is highly desirable.

  • You have good local experience particularly in areas of negotiations, and KOL development.

  • You possess good analytical and commercial skills, strong interpersonal problem solver, and excellent communication skills.

  • You are a results driven person and team player, able to collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve the objectives.

  • You speak advanced level of English.

  • You have willingness to travel.
