Job Description: Our office is looking to add another team member to perform a variety of administrative and regulatory tasks involved in processing vehicle and vessel titles and registrations.  This position performs specialized technical tasks  following established rules, regulations and guidelines while assisting the general public and involves cash handling and computer work.  Experience is preferred but  We will train the right candidate! We currently have one full-time position and one part-time position open!    Full time:   Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm.   Some Saturdays required.  Part-Time:  Saturdays 9am-2pm or Saturdays and fill in during week as needed. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist public with vehicle and vessel title and registration needs
• Prepare necessary documents required to complete transaction
• Learn and interpret state laws and regulations pertaining to motor vehicles and vessel licensing and registration
• Learn and retain complex licensing procedures
• Reconciling daily inventory
• Cash handling
• Work with speed and accuracy in a tactful and courteous manner

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma 
• Prior experience in banking, loan and/or title processing or similar preferred
• Minimum one year of general clerical experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• General office skills operating standard office machines, equipment and computer terminals
• Strong customer service skills
• Skilled in accurate mathematical calculations
• Strong typing skills
• Cash handling skills
• Pass background check and be bondable
• Preference given to Certified Titling Agents and Qualified Titling Agents

Compensation:

• $18.00 - $27.00 per hour DOE
• Full and part time positions available
• Paid holidays
• Paid time off (PTO) after 30 day probationary period
