About the Role

The Spa and Wellness Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining Park Hyatt and Spa policies, systems and procedures, and managing The Spa on a day to day basis operationally. Successful management will include meeting budget targets, developing a strong image and reputation in the community, the team’s effectiveness and responsiveness to the members and guests needs. There will be further responsibility for the hotel Gymnasium and activities in line with future developments.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role the candidate should possess the following:

• Well developed Communication and Customer Relations Skills

• Well developed Computer Skills particularly MS Office, email

• Knowledge of use of guest activities, sport, games and spa

• Good trainer, able to facilitate at all levels

• Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements 3

Desired:

• Ideally with a University Degree or Diploma in Spa Management and/or Hospitality/Tourism Management.

• Minimum 2 years work experience as Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager in similar environment.

• Aesthetic qualification in treatments and training will be of great advantage
