What you will do

As a Services Content and Enablement Professional, you will work with sales to develop and execute a comprehensive content development strategy aligned with Oracle's Customer Success Service goals. You will create high-quality content, including success stories, guides, training materials, and videos, to facilitate CSS adoption and ongoing customer success.

• Design and develop enablement programs and resources to support Customer Success and cross-lob teams in guiding customers through service adoption.

• Collaborate with Customer Success teams to gather insights and feedback for compelling content creation.

• Optimize content for clarity, relevance, and alignment with Oracle's brand guidelines.

• Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement.

• Stay updated on industry trends and customer challenges in SaaS services

Desired Experience

• Strong Experience in content development or enablement, preferably in the SaaS and emerging technology sector.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively.

• Strategic thinking, initiative-taking, and the ability to identify gaps and advise senior management.

• High energy, positive mindset, results-oriented, and a desire to make a significant impact.
