Here’s your chance to join our award-winning agency, ICF Next. We’re changemakers, a community of mission driven creatives, communicators, strategists, and technologists. We are seeking a Senior M ultimedia Specialist . As a * * Senior M ultimedia Specialist , you will: 

  • Drive digital content from conception to execution as well as storytelling for internal and external audiences

  • Support visual communications delivery through crafting scripts, conducting interviews, capturing still photography and videography, and leading video production.

  • Document special events, conferences, symposiums, and community activities through still photography and video.

  • Research, write, and produce visual communications for internal and external audiences,including video news stories and technical assistance and training videos.

  • Drive the research, preparation, and dissemination of visual information and new media across diverse communication channels, including digital media, web, and social media platforms.

  • Support other multimedia tasks, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism, video production or related field

  • 5+ years’ multimedia experience with proficiency in operating digital video equipment and video editing software

  • 5+ years’ experience with proficiency in motion graphics, dynamic and static infographics, and lighting and sound design.

  • 5+ years’ experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Premiere, etc.)

  • 5+ years’ experience managing frequent, highly technicaland time sensitive needs in visual marketing, media, and public information

  • 5+ years’ experience managing projects with specific results and deadlines

  • Ability to adhere to branding and editorial style guides

  • A portfolio that showcases multimedia and graphic design capabilities

  • Ability to travel on short notice with periods ranging from one day to one week

  • Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance (federal government background check)

  • Must be local to the DMV area for onsite work

  • A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high quality

  • High attention to detail

  • Superior oral and written communication skills

  • The ability to receive constructive feedback and creative guidance

  • Experience working successfully in a team environment

  • Experience supporting a government or federal agency

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$79,643.00 - $135,392.00
