Applied Research Solutions, Inc. Data Truther/Analyst in Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio

Description Applied Research Solutions is seeking a full-time Data Truther / Analyst to support our customer at the Air Force Research Laboratory located at Wright-Patterson AFB. You will support the development and deployment of state-of-the-art sensor exploitation solutions for the defense and intelligence community by helping to curate (characterize, label) datasets. You will be part of a dynamic team supporting multiple programs for multiple defense and intelligence community end-customers. Why Work with us? Responsibilities include: Document and characterize existing truthed datasets; Review, organize, document, characterize (operating condition difficulty), and truth (label, annotate) WAMI, SAR, EO/IR, and FMV data (or possibly data from other sensor modalities); Help review, validate, and/or correct data truth; Help design and setup data characterization and truthing processes for WAMI, SAR, EO/IR, FMV data (and possibly other modalities); Help demonstrate the characterization and truthing processes and tools to others; Help train new truthers; Identify and download commercial and other imagery (or other data) to meet data requirements; and Other duties as assigned. Qualifications / Technical Experience Requirements: Must be a US Citizen Must be able to obtain/retain a SECRET Security Clearance HS Diploma; some college preferred; Minimum 2 years' basic computer skills/experience; Detail oriented; ability to remain focused and follow instructions; Confident enough to ask questions; Strong interpersonal and customer interaction skills; Clear and concise oral and written communication skills; and Ability to integrate with a team. All positions at Applied Research Solutions are subject to background investigations.
